* Gathering Spots: Four large couches next to the large original fireplace, a large outdoor amphitheater and fire pit and a large picnic pavilion with barbecue and two large gathering areas in the home.

* Family Fun: Sports court arena with 12-foot fencing for pickle ball, 2 rim basketball, volleyball, and a custom video game console, and a kid friendly bunk bedroom with 4 double twins and queen beds.

* Rest and Relaxation: an outdoor hot tub under the stars, and 2 large gathering areas.

* Sustainable Design: The home is designed to be 100% sustainable, with a rooftop solar array and battery system and free EV charging for guests' electric vehicles.

The Brick House will be a regular retreat space for those who love the mountain air and rural calm of Midway.
